Top of mind. Crap, it's my husband's birthday and we're in the middle of a crazy ICO. Trying to setup our corporate entities and all that fun legal operations stuff. Not fun at all - all this not-so-awesome-fun detailed stuff is what separates the doers from the dreamers. Lots of chasing down people left and right, paper signatures, documents that have to be couriered to so-and-so place, notaries, and more. And it's my husband's birthday week. Thankfully, the StormX team jumped into help make it special by getting him a cake and also signing a card for him too. He literally singlehandedly changed the course of many lives and companies, because he believed in the vision whole heartedly.

It's my husband's birthday next week... and in the midst of doing an ICO. For his birthday gift, we are making the trip down the Oregon coast to see the once in a lifetime solar eclipse happen. Long drive down. Some cheap hotel because they're all sold out. Long drive back up. We're doing it.

I am writing to reflect on a piece that I wrote when beginning my work with CakeCodes, Inc. on my personal blog [link to my post on ArryinSeattle] back in June 2017. In that piece, I gave my readers an update on what was going on with some changes in my life at that time. Now that it has been about a month and a half later, I’m sharing with you five reflections on why this was the right thing for me. READ THE FULL POST HERE. Thanks. Arry First open mic comedy night. Yes. My first time taking the open mic at a comedy night. I was sooooooooooooo scared and nervous out of my mind. I decided to share those (funny, to me) stories of how I take fun of those challenging moments as a woman, and an Asian person. I can control my reactions. I can't control what other people say or do. Here it is: I randomly applied to be one of three startup founders to take up the three open mic slots for that night. I didn't think I'd get it --- but then, Sunday, I found out I did. And the open mic night was that coming Thursday, August 10. ... I think it went okay for a first-timer. :)
Feedback? Arry Insanity. August is here. Already. Spent the weekend going over numbers and sales plans for the rest of the year. Supposed to figure out how to grow this 4 person company and be ICO ready fast. Lots of travel going on and more coming fast. Supposed to be in San Francisco this week and decided that Simon will go it alone to pitch. I'm staying put to work on all the operational things that need to happen ASAP. Still working our tails off on the whitepaper revision process with the legal team.
